What is a Mindful Artsy Session?

The Mindful Artsy Sessions blend mindfulness and abstract sketching, guiding you to relax, explore creativity, and express yourself.

In these sessions, participants will learn to tap into their inner creativity by focusing on the present moment and letting go of judgment. Through guided meditations, breathwork, and intuitive drawing exercises, the class invites you to explore art as a tool for relaxation, self-awareness, and emotional expression.

Mindful Artsy Sessions fosters a non-judgmental space where the focus is on relaxing, get into a calming mind flow. The focus is not the end product. Each session is designed to help you connect with your inner flow, unwind, and express yourself freely through art. Leave behind perfectionism, embrace spontaneity, and let your mind and hand work in harmony. Dive into creativity and mindfulness, one sketch at a time!

Where, when?

7 adults max (18+ yo).

All materials included: pens, watercolour pencils, papers.

On Sundays, at Ardgillan Castle, Skerries - Balbriggan, North Co. Dublin

From 10:30am - 12 pm.

My name is Clémence Prosen

I am a Franco-Irish artist, designer and calm-life advocate, who combines her love of nature with a dedication to mindful living. I have spent many years researching the impact of art on mindfulness and well-being, after expericinecing its benefits first hand. My Mindful Artsy Sessions are designed to help others find calm and creative flow, encouraging participants to leave perfectionism behind and reconnect with the joy of creating in the present moment.
